My stay at the hotel was great! The suite I had was brilliant, perfect for our group, but it wasn't ready when we arrived at around 4 pm. The service was top-notch with extremely welcoming staff. The location was fantastic, close to bus stops and stores. The dining experience was good with a nice variety of options. The facilities were impressive, though the room could have been ready earlier.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and it was a bonus to get an early check-in. However, the cold temperature control not working was a bit of a downside. The service staff were friendly and courteous, though we encountered some rudeness at dinner on Saturday. The location was perfect for our night away, being close to many interesting points despite being a bit out from the center. The dining experience was really good with plenty of delicious choices, although it could improve on the service during dinner. Overall, a nice experience with some minor issues to consider.
